I have wind down time every night; however, Sunday nights are my self-care nights. Nothing is better than putting the little one down for bed, getting to relax and reset before kicking off a new work week. I love to shower with shower steamers, apply a hair oil and mask, shave, apply self-tanner, whip out the face steamer and put on my lumineux whitening strips. Who else is with me?
